Restaurant Hotel Schlossberg in Graefenberg

Well Sounds more royal than it is. Franconian provincial charm that tries to appear cosmopolitan. The sometimes overwhelmed employees also tried hard. The room was nothing special, the heating didn't work. You could also check in winter. The "rich breakfast buffet" is 0815 like it never gets any more. Boring and loveless. In the evening there is Franconia's worst draft beer: Kulmbacher and Mönchshof. Really not. There was a cosmopolitan part: the room prices. These are actually on a metropolitan level. Did I already mention how much Haidhof is off the beaten track? Behind the seven mountains with the seven garden gnomes ... About there.

I felt very comfortable in the hotel. Great breakfast. Later check-in was also possible. Very friendly and attentive staff. Room very attractive. Just the thing for a weekend in Franconia.

Easy to find with GPS, you get to a modern hotel, which is also characterized by very good cuisine at reasonable prices. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. Also very suitable for bus groups. Sufficient bus parking spaces are available. Highly recommended as an insider tip.

Very well run hotel, good food and delicious beer. Great breakfast and friendly staff. The garden is very large, there is a play area for children and several small aviaries with parakeets, parrots and pheasants. Highly Recommended.

Too expensive for Franconian Switzerland, are more geared towards tourists who spend the night there. Service is very good and the food has also improved again

The food is terrific, the service excellent and the prices normal. Zero lifted or overpriced. Absolutely down to earth. I always eat game dishes here when it's in season. Never been disappointed. What I like a lot is that people shop regionally and, in my impression, also seasonally. I noticed that positively. The service is great even when it's busy and stressful. As a guest you don't have to suffer from it. Unfortunately, you don't find it that often anymore. You not only feel welcome, you actually are. Everything is well maintained. The outside area is very nice and invites you to take a walk. The outside seating area is also very nice. I haven't found anything to complain about and I'm already looking carefully. We have loved coming here for years.

Second time here. This time with the motorhome. Cozy parking space in our own, spacious park. Pitches on meadows or turf stones. The associated restaurant / hotel Schloßberg offers bread rolls. Food in the restaurant is very good. The parking space has a shower / toilet, which was closed due to the corona regulations. There is electricity u. Water connection. Disposal waste water u. WC possible. Very friendly staff.

Super hotel, modern rooms, nice and large, so that in the double room there is space for three cots in addition to the double bed. All very friendly and the restaurant is also recommended.

There were five of us, the hotel has so far exceeded everything. Room, breakfast, service was perfect! We have not yet experienced that all the staff in a hotel are nice and courteous but here you can find it, we can recommend it with a clear conscience!

Very calm place and food is good at the restaurant. For nature lover it is good place. Staff members are nice and pleasant too.

Cozy place in Bavarian style and a decent place to spend the night. Clean room and friendly personnel, though we had to skip breakfast due to our departure time. If staying in the area, can certainly recommend.

On my review in the hotel Schlossberg due to prolonged waiting time for the food was with a friendly and fair response. Therefore, I would like to revise my rating and award four stars. On Sunday afternoon from 12:54 to 14:28 clock we were on a hiking trip to visit the restaurant of the Hotel Schlossberg and have the food a bit longer (about 1 hour) waited. It would have been nice if it had been pointed out briefly that the waiting time is about one hour. It was very fair and accommodating to respond to the feedback. Therefore, I would like to revise the rating here because the wait seems to be an exception.

Was from 03.08. on 04.08.2019 as a bus driver with a group here. A small cozy hotel. The service was very friendly and fast. The food was very well prepared and tasted delicious. The rooms were clean, all in all I was very happy.

Very nice facility. Goods to pit pat play here. Tables are divided into three groups. Are all covered. Grown on the roofs grapes. There is a duck pond and a shaded playground. Free parking in front of the house. A great place to unwind.

It is a nice quiet place. Staff is friendly, but you might have to know german to talk to people. Breakfast is good and there is also a bar (opened in the evening). Rooms are small, but nicely decorated.

The Hoffmann girls Lisa and Eva create cakes for special occasions on request! Not very cheap, but a treat not only for the eye.
